Rachel Rocks!

I didn't expect anything at all and then I hoped for maybe 1 piece.  My friend Rachel brought over a whole peanut butter pie last night!  She wasn't kidding, the thing is like a giant Reeses only better.  Very dangerous.  And yes, it made me feel much better!

What Not To Say

I can't believe how insensitive, blunt, rude, ___________(insert nasty adjective) some people can be!  Here's what happened:

We went to the ward potluck dinner on Friday night.  We walked into the cultural hall and Bro. ____________(insert adjective from above) came up and shook Kelly's hand, pointed to his belly and said, "Looks like you've put on some weight."  

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?  WHAT KIND OF GREETING IS THAT?  It was totally insensitive, blunt, rude and ____________(insert nasty adjective)!  I almost said something to him right then, but of course I didn't and now I wish I had. 

 

I'm so angry I don't even know what else to say about it.  Comments?
