As some of you guessed, Brennan and Katie got engaged while visiting us in Washington. While at the barbecue at the lake we were playing photo alphabet scavenger hunt and were divided into teams, Brennan and Katie being a team. For their "R" picture Brennan told Katie he had an idea and took her to a secluded spot and pulled out the ring. Then for "S" they took a picture of Katie being "surprised." They announced it when we got home and looked at everybody's pictures.
They plan on getting married December 20th in Provo.
